Georg Marsmann graduated from the University of Applied Science in Rosenheim majoring in Marketing and Controlling. His career started in the consumer and branded goods industries and over 26 years he gained experience across the board in operational and strategic business management. For more than 13 of these years he was in first level positions with responsibility for international operations in North America, Asia and Europe, for example with Escada.

Following his industry carrer he spent 10 years as independent consultant for interim CFO’s across several industries.

He has first-hand experience in the development of business strategies as well as setting up, restructuring and growing businesses. In addition he has successfully partnered project management and M&A activities, PMI projects (integration management) as well as IPOs in Germany and the USA.
